ZyDoc Medical Transcription has been awarded a 5-year contract to provide medical transcription service to the State of Colorado Department of Human Services, Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo.

Scope of services for the contract award, 2009 through 2013, include a web-based document workflow management transcription system for health assessments, psychiatric assessments, operative reports, final summaries, disposition committee reports, sanity evaluations, competency reports and clinic notes, and additional reports as required.
