There is obviously a pent up demand for information on how and where to buy short sale properties in Southern California. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get as many kits out to people that needed them, but our spokesmodels did a great job and handled the situation with grace," Mr. Culbertson went on to say, "The only explanation I can come up with as to why they would not allow our spokesmodels to provide requested information alongside other people that were not even paying members of The California Association of Realtors is because they were beautiful women that were drawing too much attention."
SHORTsense.com users are able to search both pending and pre-approved short sale properties by either entering a city, zip code or MLS number, or by dragging and dropping different elements on their web page and interacting with the user-friendly map search feature.
