Janice M. Kelliher, CPA, brings almost 25 years of financial and management experience to her clients, assisting them with the full array of financial, accounting, and management issues. Early in her career, Janice was an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche before becoming treasurer of a start-up organization, The Education Assistance Group. As the CFO of The Harder Group, a venture capital firm, Kelliher executed many successful operational and financial related initiatives at the firm's portfolio companies, including serving as the CFO and CEO of a software company, GWA Information Systems, Inc. Recently, Kelliher was a Director of the Emerging Business practice for Accounting Management Solutions, Inc. where she was responsible for business development, client services, hiring and development of professional staff, and strategic planning.
Kelliher provides part time, interim, and project accounting and financial management services to a variety of emerging technology clients. Janice's industry expertise also includes professional services, distribution and non-profit organizations. As a hands-on, seasoned financial professional, Janice has cultivated key relationships with board of directors, team members and professional advisors. Over her career, she has been involved with many private placements, mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs. Kelliher earned a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Bentley University and is a licensed CPA.
