Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 20, 2009 -- CORConcepts and President Gabrielle Corcoran are proud to announce for the second year in a row, CORConcepts Vice-President Melody Herman was honored at the annual national conference for outsourced sales.
Corcoran said, "Out of 200 offices and over 300 recruiters, Melody was honored for being a top recruiter and received the "Administrator's Club Award." This award is given to the top recruiters who are able to help their companies expand to the most new markets while maintaining a high number of employees in the home office. Corcoran continued, "The team would not be growing and expanding the way it is if we did not have Melody attracting top talent."
"I feel proud to have played such a role in our company growth and it feels great to be honored for the hard work I have put in over the years," Herman said.
Herman has been a member of the CORConcepts team since 2004 and has help make the company ready for the moves made and been the recruiter who has overseen the development of all of the CORConcepts team members who are now running their own offices. She is the behind the scenes person who handles everything from recruiting and screening new hires, to payroll and office management.
"Everyone at CORConcepts counts on me. I have to be a constant example to the team and come through in ways that people don't even realize. I hold the team around me to very high standards and I have those same expectations for myself. I know that because of my position, I always have to come through on my commitments.
