Georgia State Senate Honors BlueWave Computing for Outstanding IT Support
The Georgia State Senate recently adopted a resolution recognizing BlueWave Computing, LLC for its role as one of the leading information technology consulting and IT support firms in the State of Georgia and for its selection as a Cobb County Small Business of the Year.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) May 14, 2009 -- The Georgia State Senate has adopted a resolution honoring BlueWave Computing. The resolution commends BlueWave for its selection as a Cobb Chamber Small Business of the Year as well as its growth from a startup to one of the leading information technology consulting and IT support firms in the State of Georgia.
Senate Resolution 549, sponsored by senators Judson Hill, Chip Rogers, John Wiles, and Steve Thompson, acknowledges both Dr. Steven Vicinanza, BlueWave's founder, for his vision and leadership, as well as BlueWave Computing, for its "glowing reputation throughout Georgia."
Dr. Vicinanza stated, "It is a great honor to receive this commendation and recognition of our achievements, to which I credit our exceptional staff, their capabilities, and their dedication to customer service. It's especially gratifying that the resolution adopted by the senate specifically praises our 'Technology Under YOUR Control' program, which provides exceptional IT support for small and mid-size businesses in Atlanta and throughout Georgia."
BlueWave Computing has received a number of awards, including the INC Magazine Top 5000 and Catalyst Top 25 Entrepreneurs of Atlanta. Nonetheless, Dr. Vicinanza says "recognition from our state senators is the most significant validation of our mission to date."
