"I wanted to motivate people to get off the couch and get healthy along with their pets," said Amy Stevens, Yoga4Dogs Co-Founder and DVD Instructor. "This is an ideal way for pet owners and their dogs to get fit without having to go to the gym, and it all happens in the comfort of their own home. No leashes, gym memberships or travel time."

Featuring various poses for people with small or large dogs, Stevens shows viewers how to master doga (yoga for dogs) moves such as the "Super Dog," "Wag the Tail," "Wheel Barrow" and many more. The DVD offers exercises for pet owners and their dogs together, as well as workouts for pet owners only. Stevens consistently provides doga tips and pointers throughout each exercise.

In addition to fun, relaxing and strength-building exercises, the DVD also comes with free doggy recipes from Stevens' Cooking4Canines book, including Fido's Fun Cake and Woof Woof Meatloaf. It even shows viewers how to give relaxing doggy massages from ears to paws!

Yoga4Dogs also extends its pet-loving focus beyond the exercise world. The Yoga4Dogs Web site, www.Yoga4Dogs.com, is a one-stop resource for everything that is pets and features a Yoga4Dogs store with doggy accessories, collars, clothing, jewelry and more. The site's expansive network also offers endless connections to the world of dogs and pets via links and background information about pet health resources, doggy art, news, pet charities, pet stores, pet boutiques, various Web sites, online forums and more. Furthermore, Yoga4Dogs is on a constant mission to help the pet community at large. Partnering with various pet charities, Yoga4Dogs donates $1 for each DVD purchased online. The DVD buyer can even select the charity to receive the donation. Web site visitors can also research various pet charities and make donations online.
