Dave King Named CEO of Techneos

The Board of Directors of Techneos Systems announces the appointment of Dave King as the company's President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. King replaces Mark Cameron who was a Co-founder and CEO of Techneos since 1998. Cameron will remain with the company in an Executive and Board capacity.

King is an accomplished technology entrepreneur with both early stage and large company experience, having benefited from experience at multi-national organizations like Hewlett Packard and Sequent (acquired by IBM) early in his career. He then took those skills and implemented the choice processes and techniques in a number of his own entrepreneurial ventures and as a board member and advisor. He has provided re-structuring services for a number of private and public organizations including The Jim Pattison Group. King was most recently CEO of MetroBridge Networks where he managed the company through a significant growth phase and a public offering on the Toronto Ventures Exchange.
