New York, NY (PRWEB) June 3, 2009 -- At approximately 4:15 pm on June 1st, Co-Authors TJ Walker & Jess Todtfeld broke the Guinness World Record for the "Most Radio Talk Show Interviews Within a 24 Hour Period" surpassing the previous record of 72. The team began at 6 am Monday and worked 24 straight hours. By 6 am on Tuesday, they had been interviewed on 112 different radio shows worldwide.

"I feel elated! We have demonstrated that hard work and creativity still enable anyone to grab the international spotlight!" Said TJ Walker, Co-Author and CEO of Media Training Worldwide.

"We spend all day telling people how to present themselves and how to communicate better. For this record, we walked the walk, and of course, talked the talk," said Jess Todtfeld, Co-Author and President of Media Training Worldwide.

In order to beat the previous Guinness World Record, Todtfeld and Walker had to be interviewed for a minimum of five minutes on each show. Topics of discussion focused on how listeners could enhance their communication and speaking abilities for a number of situations from job interviews to wedding speeches.

In addition to being heard on radio shows across the globe, millions saw Walker & Todtfeld's feat broadcast live on FoxNews.com. Within the first four hours, they had appeared on forty radio stations. According to Walker, it was grueling, but well worth the effort.

"It required stamina and discipline to conduct 112 interviews over a 24 hour period, but it also requires stamina and discipline for executives and public figures to manage their media image of the course of months, years and even decades," said Walker. "Talk radio is such a powerful medium because of its ability to reach a wide audience and because it puts a spotlight on the most powerful tool in the universe--the human voice."

Recently, Walker released his internationally recognized presentation and speaking advice through T.J. Walker's Secret to Foolproof Presentations. Within it, he gives the same guidance and advice he has given to his clients and is working to give our President through his public relations and communications within the media.
