The Merl Group, Inc: Setting The Pace

The Merl Group, Inc is proud to announce its top leaders and pace setters. The following individuals are setting the pace for sales and leadership.

Indianapolis, Indiana (PRWEB) May 23, 2009 -- The Merl Group, Inc would like to take this opportunity to recognize leaders who have been setting the pace in the Indianapolis area working with our AT&T campaign and also Quill campaign.

One of the top pace setters currently on the Quill campaign is Brian Gates. Gates re-located to the Indianapolis area in February of 2009. Since he has been with The Merl Group, Inc Gates has not only become a leader but a mentor to our employees. He has exceeded sales projections and built a team of strong and dedicated employees. The next step for Gates will be assistant management. Melissa Painter the manager of the Quill campaign expects Gates to hit his goals in record time, "Brian has become such a strong leader in our organization, everyday he is exceeding the expectations and standards set for him and I am excited to see where this opportunity will take him."

Selina McCarthy, another member of the Quill campaign is also one of the top leaders working with Painter. McCarthy who re-located from Chicago, Illinois has been the number one sales representative for our company since she started in February 2009. McCarthy has also become a strong leader and mentor to the employees she currently works with. McCarthy is developing as a leader and manager and we are excited to see more from her in the future.

Stephen Kordella, manager of the AT&T campaign would like to recognize two employees who have been going above and beyond the required responsibilities and taking things a step further.

Peter Gasparro has become one of the top leaders working in the AT&T campaign. Gasparro who re-located to Indianapolis from Cleveland, Ohio has been a top sales representative and leader in the office. Gasparro has built a strong team of employees who have developed their own personal goals and visions and truly have become leaders as well. Gasparro not only has a strong office presence but he also consistently leads the AT&T campaign in sales and customer service. Stephen Kordella, AT&T manager see's Gasparro to be one of his next assistant managers.

Lastly, Leslie Stewart who started with The Merl Group in August of 2008 has been one of the fastest growing employees within our company. With little sales experience in the past Stewart immediately picked up the AT&T campaign and has been a top sales representative since. Stewart has also begun building a strong sales team who she works with daily. Stewart has built strong personal and professional relationships with her team and has become a mentor to those she works with. Stephen Kordella says, "Leslie is such a positive and hard working individual, we are lucky to have her in our company, I look forward to seeing her grow and continually progress, I have no doubt she will remain successful and drive."

The Merl Group, Inc is excited for the future; excited to be growing, expanding and being able to provide employment opportunities to more than 90+ individuals. The future is looking bright for our employees and organization as a whole.
