In his new role, Lafaman will spearhead new client development efforts on behalf of the organization. Victor has more than 25 years of sales, trading and operations experience in the capital markets, 20 years of which were with Amroc Investments and BDS Securities where he managed those firms' bankruptcy trade claim trading desks. Lafaman also worked early in his career for City Federal Savings Bank and Paine Webber in various sales and operational capacities.
