Women's Dream Team is an online community that encourages business-minded women to strike out on their own and start their own companies. Recently, Dream Team founder Marsha Martone, sat down to talk about the goals of the organization, as well as the new blog they've recently launched.

Women's Dream Team founder, Marsha Martone, has taken a different approach to running her business. Back in 2005, Martone launched www.WomensDreamTeam.biz, an online community of women working together to establish themselves as leaders in the virtual community.
"This site was designed to assist and train women in building a successful business at home," said Martone.
The Women's Dream Team and its members are looking for self-motivated women who seek residual income through the power of the internet.
"We are here to help other women create wellness in personal, physical, environmental and financial facets of their lives," said Martone. The Team works hand in hand with a wellness company, emulating the Women's Dream Team's message of self-betterment.
Through the Women's Dream Team, budding entrepreneurs are given free training and cutting edge tools to aid in their goal of financial freedom.

According to Martone, the blog will be a group effort with other members of the Dream Team community. Topics include tips for stay at home moms to discussing the benefits of having an independent business, the blog provides additional information that will help women on the road to success. .
As summer looms around the corner, Martone is encouraging women already employed to spend some of their free time building a business and finding ways to have monetary success outside of their current commitments, along with the freedom to be at home with their families.
The Women's Dream Team attracts women from all walks of life.
