V-Rooms Launches New User Interface for its Virtual Data Rooms

Clients of Due Diligence Online, LLC gain additional options for their virtual data rooms

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 25, 2009 -- V-Rooms™, a division of Due Diligence Online, LLC, will launch several new user enhancements at the upcoming American Bankruptcy Institute conference, including multi-browser end user access, expanded screen layouts to take advantage of larger displays, and many additional branding options so clients may "Private Label" their Virtual Data Rooms.

"In response to requests from our clients, we want to provide a virtual data room platform that promotes their brand as they work on various engagements," said Dan Bradbary, CEO of V-Rooms. "Branding is an important feature for our clients serving the Corporate Bankruptcy/Restructuring market, and V-Rooms is proud to announce the release of our new User Interface at the upcoming American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Spring Meeting in Washington, DC on April 1, 2009."

This new release by V-Rooms, a leading virtual data room provider, assists users whose monitors are non-standard, including users of tablet PCs, widescreen monitors, and mobile devices, such as the iPhone. Folders list columns are now resizable, and the expanded file list section will now have multiple resorting capabilities. In addition the screen layout, itself, has been expanded to take advantage of larger monitors.

"Private Label Branding of a V-Rooms Virtual Data Room allows our clients to provide additional value added services for their clients that both strengthen their brand and take advantage of the V-Rooms technology. Our updated screen layouts wrap the virtual data room's content with our client's branding by placing their logo and company name at the top of every page framed by their corporate colors," said Karen Perkins, Senior Vice President of V-Rooms.

Additional changes include end user support for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari, and legacy Netscape Navigator. In addition, the user information such as name and last login will now be displayed on the screen to strengthen security.
