Buzz Technologies, Inc. (OTC: BZTG.pk) has entered into a private transaction to acquire 70 million shares of common stock from a shareholder.
Houston, Beijing and Bangkok, Thailand (PRWEB) February 12, 2007 -- Buzz Technologies, Inc. (OTC: BZTG.pk) has entered into a private transaction to acquire 70 million shares of common stock from a shareholder. The shares acquired from the shareholder will be held by the company as treasury stock.
