Horvath Communications Closes Tower Deal with Subsidiary of SBA Horvath Communications sells 79 wireless communication towers in 13 states to a subsidiary of SBA Networks. South Bend, IN (PRWEB) August 5, 2006 -- Jackie Horvath, President of Horvath Communications Inc., announced today the successful sale of Horvath Communications Towers, LLC, a company which owned 79 towers located in several Midwestern and Eastern Metropolitan areas, to HC Acquisition, LLC. HC Acquisition, LLC is a subsidiary of SBA Communications Corporation, based in Boca Raton, Florida. Horvath Communications, founded in 1996, is a leading developer and manager of wireless communication towers and continues to own and operate several facilities with plans to build an additional 100+ towers by the end of 2007.
Horvath Communications, Inc. and Tower Ventures V based in Memphis, Tennessee formed a financial partnership in December 2004 to develop this Build to Suit project. Fairmount Partners of West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, acted as broker to Horvath Communications in forming the financial partnership between Horvath and Tower Ventures.
